As a Product Marketing Associate at Vantage Circle, I gained experience in several key areas, including:
1. Competitor Analysis– carried out competitor analysis on all 4 of our products to keep up with the current trends and competitor’s offerings and positioning.
2. Industry Report– wrote an industry report on “The Great Resignation: Approaches Adopted by Small & Medium Businesses in the US.”
3. Sales Enablement Materials– Crafted compelling product content, such as pitch decks, one-pager, user guides, and website copy, to educate and persuade potential customers.
4. UX Writing– Created Hero Headers for Products, Site Tours, and Tooltips to resonate with users and create a seamless experience.
5. FAQ– Took ownership of the Product Help Docs and frequently update all the FAQs whenever there are new feature releases.
6. GTM Strategy– Created a GTM Plan, conducted Market Research and identified our ICP and launched individual campaigns resonating with them for a new product.
7. Email Campaign– Successfully launched email campaigns with separate themes targeting US and Indian audiences individually.
8. Case Study– collaborated closely with the Strategic Partnership Team and CX to conduct a thorough case study of Vantage Circle's integration with Microsoft Teams and its impact on our partner, a leading Indian Tech Giant. Through this research, we were able to highlight the benefits of our integration and demonstrate its value to potential customers.
9. Security Documentation– Worked with Security Analysts to create documentation for GDPR and SOC2 compliance, also our Bug Bounty Program.
10. Email and Whatsapp Templates– created content for all our communication channels, as well as customized according to client requirements.
11. Product Update Blogs– Took ownership of our Product Update Site and published blogs related to every Feature release.
